Cancellation Policy

However, if you cancel after the 12-hour window, you may not receive a refund or credit, depending on the specific terms of the policy. Here’s how it generally works: Cancel Before 12 Hours: If you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, you may be refunded in the form of a credit that can be used toward future bookings or purchases. Cancel After 12 Hours: If you cancel after the 12-hour cutoff, your credit will be lost it is non-refundable.
